1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Remembrall (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. License
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to Apple's standard licensed-application end user terms and these Terms of Use.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App is free to download and use within limits. Full access — unlimited collections and cards, plus iCloud sync — is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Purchases can be shared with your family through Family Sharing.
If you bought Remembrall while it was a paid app, you keep full access at no extra cost.
4. Your Content
Cards, decks, and files you create or import stay yours. You're responsible for the content you add to the App, including anything imported from outside files.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple CloudKit to sync your data between your own devices, and Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand usage and diagnose crashes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I don't guarantee it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
